House Cleaning
We understand that taking on a cleaner is often a treat, but sometimes it’s a necessity when the job becomes too difficult or time consuming. Many of our customers use us once a fortnight to support their own cleaning routines, some use us every week and others book us for their older family members.
To help you make your decision, we’ve laid out the prices as clearly as possible:
Private house: £20 per hour, minimum of 1.5 hrs

Carpet shampooing is additional, and prices vary. Please ask for a quote at the time at time of booking.
End of Tenancy Clean
Whether a private landlord, letting agent or holiday let property (including caravans and yurts), we cover your deep cleaning in between tenants.
2 bedrooms: from £300 with 2 staff
3 bedrooms: from £365 with 3 staff
4 bedrooms: from £485 with 3 staff
5 bedrooms: from £620 with 4 staff
All properties will be thoroughly cleaned according to your check-out list within a maximum of 6 hours.
Carpet shampooing is additional, and prices vary. Please ask for a quote at the time at time of booking.

March Out Cleans
We have both professional and personal experience of working with accommodation officers, so our March Out cleans are undertaken following the Ministry of Defence’s Pre Move Out Advisory Leaflet for SFA in England and Wales.
Prices for March Outs vary depending on the type of home we are asked to clean.
2 bedrooms: from £300
3 bedrooms: from £335
4 bedrooms: from £385
Group Captain’s home: from £600
There may be an extra charge for additional rooms such as utilities, dining rooms and conservatories.
Travel expenses may be incurred for homes outside of 1 hour travel, from Carterton, West Oxfordshire.

Post Building Cleans
This is a very difficult service to give standard prices for! All building projects vary in size and therefore the cleaning required varies greatly.
Rest assured, we are happy to discuss your needs before your building project is completed, so we can come as soon as the dirty work is over.
